Care Ministry is very dear to many at Trinity. Care Ministry is a term we use when referring to those who visit people of the Church who are no longer able to attend a regular service. This includes the sick, elderly, disabled, those in hospice, homebound, etc.
Care Ministers will visit those in these circumstances. No special training is needed, just being there for them when seemingly no one else is is all it takes. Some in these circumstances may go a very long time with only seeing those that are paid to care for their needs, a care minister lets them know they are still cared for by their church family. It can hardly be explained with words how much this means to people in these situations.
If you are interested in this ministry please do not hesitate to contact the Pastor for necessary information here. If this ministry is not your calling, prayers are always so deeply appreciated for those in these circumstances!
