Maurice "Mo" Dunn
Maurice 'Mo' and Leanne Dunn have both been in ministry since the mid 1980's. Maurice has served several congregations in the West Ohio Conference, most recently Christ UMC in Portage and Turning Point near Bowling Green, since 2016. He served previously at Union Chapel, in Middletown, from 2009 to 2016, and the Magnetic Springs Charge, near Marysville, from 2002 to 2009. He earned a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in 1991, and was ordained an elder in the West Ohio UMC in 1993. He grew up in Cincinnati after age 10, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor of Arts degree. Mo was raised United Methodist. He served God during the college years, being very active in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, and was also employed part of that time as a Christian coffeehouse director in an ecumenical setting in Cheboygan, Michigan. Mo and Leanne are parents of five adult children, ages 25-31 - Kayla, Phillip, and Abby Dunn, along with Caleb Baker (wife Chelsea) and Taia Baker. Leanne was born in Lima, Ohio, and grew up in Marion, Indiana. She felt called to be a pastor's wife when she was at church camp at age 16. She sang ten years in a trio called "One Voice" that performed in about 200 churches over the course of a decade and produced albums. She has directed choirs, taught children and youth, and is an efficient office administrator. Leanne was a program specialist for the Council on Aging in northern Cincinnati and a parish visitor for Epworth UMC in Toledo.

Chris has been the Youth Director since Spring of 2014.
We meet every Tuesday at 5:00 pm unless school is cancelled or is on a break. During the Summer months we meet every other Tuesday at 5:00 pm. The youth group is a smaller tight knit one. We take time to talk about what is going on in each person's life every week. I prepare a short lesson from the Bible, tying in with some of life's challenges, especially for teenagers. This has led to some really great discussions and usually helps us work through current or recent struggles. We hold 1 fund raiser a year, a car wash in the spring that pairs up with the Men's Group and a breakfast they put on. If the majority of our schedules allow we attempt to go to events within a reasonable distance, such as "Winter Jam."

Lisa has been with us since the summer of 2012.
My family and I had relocated from Fort Wayne, where I had been busy working with children in my church's annual VBS, helping with my church's children and youth choirs and working as the Director of the church preschool. Along the way, I also raised two children, a daughter Shannon and a son Marc, both of whom are away at college now.
I enjoy my job here because it never gets boring working with children, every day is a surprise, and I think nothing is more important than teaching our children about Jesus.

Lori has been here since August of 2010.
I am the inside knowledge of the church. I am the one who keeps our committees informed of finances, rentals, or anything else going on. I am the one that if you have a question or need something just let me know. The people here keep me on my toes and appreciate my time and efforts.
